Jasmina's health problems began in October 2022 when she felt pain in the LS spine, and the intensity of the pain increased over time and spread to the lower extremities. The diagnostic findings of MR of the LS spine showed disc prolapse at the L4/L5 vertebrae, after which she had an endoscopic microdiscectomy with radiofrequency annuloplasty, but there was no improvement in the painful condition. She was diagnosed with: G96.191 Perineural cysts (Perineural cyst); G55.1 Pressure on the roots and plexuses of nerves in the intervertebral disc (Compressio radicum et plexuum nervorum ad discum intervertebralem); M51.1 Prolapsus disci intervertebralis lumbalis et disci interverterbralis aliorum cum radiculopathy.

After the operation, neurosurgeon, neurologist and physiatrist suggested that she should have physical therapy, exercises and medicines. She also tried all pain therapies, all in several different institutions, but her health worsened and the pain got worse. After eight months of unsuccessful treatment, she decided to seek help in clinics abroad, where after examining the medical records, they suggested surgical treatment.

Jasmina decided to continue her treatment abroad so that she can continue living an everyday  life without pain.

Funds are needed for surgery abroad, specialist and diagnostic examinations, laboratory analyses, medicines and supplements as well as for travel expenses.
