In January 2023, Đorđe started to feel pain in the area of the right iliac bone, after which treatment started due to suspicion of sciatica.

Despite the therapies, the pain did not stop, for that reason he had an MR examination of the spine, surgery and biopsy too, when the ph result showed the presence of a malignant sarcoma of the iliac bone (C41.4 Neoplasma malignum ossis pelvis, sacri et coccygis).

Medical advisory board decided to start the treatment with the application of neoadjuvant HT according to the MAP protocol. Đorđe has had four cycles of chemotherapy so far, which did not improve his health, because metastases were observed on his lungs.

The further treatment plan is the continuation of aggressive therapies at an oncology clinic abroad, where operative treatment is also planned.

Đorđe has no time to wait and it is necessary to collect the amount needed to continue the treatment as soon as possible, and this can only be done with the help of generous people’s donations.

Funds are needed for operative treatment abroad, specialist examinations and consultations, immunotherapy, laboratory analyses, medicines and supplements, rehabilitation, orthopedic aids, medical documentation translation services, and for travelling and accommodation costs during the treatment.
