Nikola progressed slowly in motor skills. Early psychomotor development was slower than usual, he began to hold his head with four months, to sit without support around the second year and to walk with adherence with both hands while he was making insecure steps, and the first sentence he spoke after the third year.

Physical therapy has been carried out from his sixth month. Spa treatment has a very positive effect on the whole musculature and the body support is better in general.

Nikola suffers from hereditary motor-sensory neuropathy. It is a heterogeneous hereditary group of neuropathies with distal muscle atrophy and sensory damage of the legs, later it can affect hands too. Nikola's basic problem is the instability of the upper body and independent walking.
