raises funds for Zoja Milinković (2007).

Zoja suffers from cerebral palsy, which caused an inability to walk and stand on her own. Zoja was born prematurely with massive intracranial hemorrhage but she has achieved an unexpected development since the second month after many hours of training and constant stimulation.

After a series of surgeries and various forms of physical therapy, she needs intensive therapy with robotic neurorehabilitation.

The therapy lasts twelve weeks, where various exercises are carried out with the help of expert physical therapists lasting from six to eight hours a day. A therapeutic robot together with an exoskeletal orthosis system, sensors and biofeedback help her correct her spastic walking pattern.

After detailed examinations at the clinic, the expected progress is up to 60%.

In functional terms, this could restore proper balance and improve it. This would mean that she could go to school on her own, socialize with peers on her own, improve quality of life, and perform all those routine activities, which are very important  for her.

In addition to all the difficulties, Zoja is a cheerful and brave teenage girl. She trains for three hours every day and goes to elementary school. Due to the rapid growth, her walking has deteriorated a lot in the last few years and, according to the doctor's opinion, it can lead to severe deformities of the knee, hip and it would demand radical orthopedic surgery if intensive physical therapy was not performed. All this further motivates Zoja because it is a unique opportunity to improve her condition and become independent. Zoja's strong desire for life and smile inspire us to help her in this difficult fight.
