raises funds for Gvozden Milosavljević ( 1981)

In 2017, Gvozden Milosavljević from Kruševac was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma type NS, gr 2. He had chemotherapy, and in August 2018, as a continuation of the treatment, an autologous MCH transplant was performed. A follow-up PET scan performed two months after stem cell transplantation showed that the disease was in metabolic remission and this state was maintained until September 2019, when a late relapse of the underlying disease appeared. In July 2020, he started a therapy,  as part of the treatment of the relapse of the underlying disease. After the IV cycle, it was concluded that a satisfactory therapeutic response was achieved, but the control MR after the VIII cycle, in December 2020, verified the progression of the disease. Treatment continued in 2021. according to the appropriate protocol, and then related allogeneic stem cell transplantation (his brother matched in Abo and HLA system 10/10). Two months after TMC, the PET scan again showed that the glands were active and enlarged, so after the evaluation of the remission state, it was decided to implement a palliative protocol. After two treatments,  PET scan findings detected a progression.

Considering the age, applied treatment modalities, current course of treatment and global recommendations for the treatment of resistant form of Hodgkin's lymphoma, it is indicated to continue the treatment with the medicine Opdivo, which is given  3 mg/kg every 2 weeks. Gvozden needs 180mg per therapy (every two weeks), and in total he needs 24-48 therapies.

He needs funds for continued treatment, specialist and control examinations, medicines, supplements and travelling costs.
