When he was two and a half years old, Kosta was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, AML M5a.

He went through five blocks of chemotherapy and head radiotherapy without major problems. In September 2019, he went to kindergarten and everything seemed to be in order. However, in November 2019, the disease returned so a bone marrow transplantation is  necessary now. Transplantation must be done abroad.

Kosta is currently at the Children's Hospital in Novi Sad where he had got the first block of chemotherapy. The second block of chemotherapy should be in a month, followed by a trip abroad for a transplantation. It is necessary to provide Kosta with means for travelling costs and staying abroad during treatment, biochemical analyzes, medications and for postoperative costs too.
