Humanitarian Foundation BUDI HUMAN - Aleksandar Šapić
raises funds for Vasilije Cvetković (2016).
Vasilije was born on 13 May 2016 in Belgrade. He was born naturally prematurely with only 1350 grams and immediately intubated, then transferred to intensive care. He spent 21 days on artificial oxygen, and 45 days in intensive care, where it was determined that he had cerebral hemorrhage, which resulted in the diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
From the second year, he was treated at the Special Hospital for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Neurology in Belgrade and in private centers. When he was three years old, he underwent an intervention (selective dorsal rhizotomy) in Istanbul.
There is a change for the better, but not enough. Vasilije is still not able to walk or stand alone. He is mentally preserved. In order to make his first step, it is necessary to perform an operative procedure (fibrotomy).
He needs funds for treatment, specialist and control examinations, surgical procedures, rehabilitation, speech therapy treatments, as well as for travelling and accommodation costs.
So this way, the parents are asking all humane people to help them with their donations so that Vasilije can continue with his treatment as soon as possible.
