Miloš's diagnosis is a mental subnormality with elements of autism. Pregnancy was regular, birth was in term and Milos was given a high grade, nine, at birth.

At the age of two, parents noticed that Miloš delayed in developing speech and that he was not able to perform simple tasks, he was different than other children, he was hyperactive too. The pediatrician sent them to the Institute of Mental Health, where he was confirmed to be late in development.

At the age of three, the parents took him to the Institute for Experimental Phonetics and Pathology of Speech, where Miloš went to logopedic treatments for two and a half years. In addition to speech therapies he had defectologic treatments and hippotherapy. Miloš has made a lot of progress, understanding has improved, short-term eye contact has been established, while speech still fails. According to the psychologist, he is at the child's level of two and a half years.

At the recommendation of the Russian doctor, Miloš was advised to use amino acid therapy and to continue the work with speech therapists and defectologists.
