Humanitarian Foundation BUDI HUMAN - Aleksandar Šapić
raises funds for Lazar Krstić (2017).
Mobility means life. Playing is joy. Sport is health. Will the little Lazar, who was diagnosed with a serious illness in his sixth month, have all these?
Perhaps he will sit in his wheelchair and sadly watch other children play, have tears in his eyes when the ball strikes his wheelchair and wait for a good soul mate to share with him what he is not able to do.
Lazar suffers from a rare, progressive disease of the neuromuscular system, spinal muscular atrophy, which is manifested by the loss of basic life functions - breathing, swallowing and walking.
In order to maintain his basic functions, to walk, breathe and eat, he needs a number of apparatus - respiratory and cough assist equipment, aspirator, physical therapy, orthopedic aids and further treatment, all of which require a large sum of money, which his parents is not able to provide.
