Lena was born from a twin pregnancy by Caesarean section. She got a good grade at birth, she was developing regularly.

After a while, she began to alienate, to play chaotically and to change the mood for no reason. She refused any organized play, she delayed in development compared with her peers. She stopped using the demonstrative gesture with her finger and the words she had known such as mom, dad, ... She became an introvert, she stopped playing and socializing with her brother and other children. Lena had stereotyped behavior and absurd games.

In December 2014, Lena was diagnosed with an autistic spectrum.

Since then she has been treated at the Institute for Mental Health in Belgrade, the Institute for Mother and Child at the Clinic for Neurology and she has been subjected to intensive speech therapeutic and defectological treatment by privately engaged defectologists and speech therapists. There is some progress in understanding different tasks, however non-verbal communication is still dominant, she does not speak and she often has strong neuroses. She usually forgets what she has learnt and she is often upset, has neurological seizures from time to time and understands only simple tasks.

It is necessary to treat her with stem cells, in order to influence the development of synapses and sleepy brain cells and to increase Lena’s  chances to start speaking and to have a better understanding of the environment and tasks.
