Anđela was born on 18 March 2012. In her first year, she was diagnosed with both serious and severe hearing impairments, due to which she is carrying double hearing aids, that were prescribed by her health care. However, due to a major damage, the apparatus does not cover her auditory field and she does not react to the sound at all, resulting in the inability to develop the speech.

Anđela regularly goes to speech exercises at the Center for Rehabilitation at the Clinical Center of Serbia. In order to make progress and success in listening and speaking, she needs two high-power hearing instruments that cover her hearing field and thus make it easier for her to communicate with the environment.

Anđela is happy, smart, independent, sociable, loves people, animals and nature. She is always smiling, she likes to draw, she rides rollers and bike too. For her life to be complete, she needs to hear the sounds around her and get to know  the world as it is, to talk to her peers, hear their laughter, the sound of rain, and mother's calls. To achieve this, strong Oticon appliances are needed which are only able to cover her hearing field and help with severe hearing loss.
