Tara was born on 27 October 2014 in Belgrade. She was conceived by in vitro fertilization. The pregnancy was high-risk, twin, but the other fetus stopped developing. Shortly after birth, Tara was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. As she was born prematurely, she delays in psychomotor development.

She is being treated at the Special Hospital for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Neurology in Sokobanjska in Belgrade, where she spends several months a year. She managed to master some movements (crawling and turning). She underwent strabismus surgery when she was 2.5 years old.

Despite everything, Tara is a sweet and cheerful girl. She is still not walking, her pelvis is unstable and she is losing her balance. She manages to stand by herself for a few seconds. She is mentally preserved, motivated to work, persistent and disciplined. In order to progress, she needs to continue her treatment abroad.

She needs the funds for rehabilitation abroad, specialist examinations, physiotherapeutic treatments, medicines, travelling and accommodation costs.

For all these years of treatment, her parents have exhausted all resources and they are asking all humane people to help them as much as they can.
