raises funds for Vujadin Stanojević (2019).

Vujadin was born on 19 May 2019 in Belgrade. He is the first child in the family born after a risky and properly maintained pregnancy. Immediately after his birth, he was transferred to the Institute for Mother and Child, where he spent the first two months. The first magnetic resonance imaging of the CNS showed edema of the complete brain mass, which  caused  the absence of all motor functions as well as the sucking and swallowing reflex.

As time passed, the edema receded and it was uncertain what consequences and damage it would leave on the brain. Another magnetic resonance imaging showed that the white brain mass was reduced, which caused further problems in psychomotor development.

Vujadin has three diagnoses: R620 developmental delay, F83 disharmonious development, P942 decreased muscle tone.

Vujadin is now a two-year-old but he is not able to sit ,crawl, walk or speak. Intensive physical therapies as well as speech therapy and special education treatments have significantly helped him to overcome numerous problems and to become a smiling and happy child.

His struggle is long and difficult but Vujadin and his parents will never give up. With the strength of will, the love of the family and with the help of humane people, Vujadin has a chance one day to take part  equally in all activities with other children.

In order to progress further he needs funds for treatment, specialist examinations, rehabilitation, spa treatments, physical and speech therapy, orthopedic aids, therapeutic riding, supplements, and treatments in the hyperbaric chamber.
