raises funds for Mihajlo Stamenkov (2011).

Mihajlo was born on 1 August 2011 in Pirot. He was born as a healthy boy after a properly maintained and controlled pregnancy. In 2015, for his fourth birthday, he got a high temperature with which his health problems started.

At the end of 2018, Mihajlo was diagnosed with Dischen's muscular dystrophy (an inherited disease that attacks the muscles of the shoulders, hips, thighs and buttocks. It is a progressive disease that spreads over time to all muscles that weaken over time and lose their ability to move very quickly).

The medicine that Mihajlo needs is called Ataluren. It has not yet been approved in Serbia. Its price is around 400,000 euros. In order to be effective, children who receive it must be able to walk, and most of the affected children lose the ability to walk around the age of 12. Mihajlo does not have time and it is necessary to go often to physical therapies and exercises that would slow down the progression of the disease.

So far, Mihajlo's parents have financed his treatment, but they have exhausted all resources, so they are asking  all humane people to help them continue with physical therapies and exercises that will help him stay mobile and be a candidate for the medicine.

Mihajlo needs funds for medicine, robotic neurorehabilitation and physical therapy.
