raises funds for Despot Šipić (2017).

Despot was born prematurely on 29 April 2017 in Belgrade. At the birth, the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck three times, so it ended with an emergency caesarean section.

After leaving the hospital, Despot developed normally. At the age of 13 months, he spoke  his first words, and at the age of 18 months he was able to walk. However, the parents noticed changes  and developmental delay.

Despot stopped talking ... Instead of speaking, he expressed his dissatisfaction by crying and hysteria.

Despot's parents took him for specialist examinations and diagnostics.

After two years, Despot got two diagnoses: R47.0 Dysphasia et aphasia (difficult speech) and R62.8 Insufficientia evolutionis physiologicae alia (retarded physiological development).

For the past two years, Despot has been attending speech therapy and special education treatments twice a week. There are some changes but not enough. He still has difficulties with speaking and understanding, he is afraid of animals and reacts violently when he is near them.

Due to his inability to express himself, he finds it difficult to get in touch with other children and does not like changes in his way of playing. He likes routine and does not like to change his environment or place of residence. He also doesn’t like being separated from his parents. Despot is a cheerful and sweet boy who does not take a smile off his face. He likes to spend time outside.

His family is not able to provide the money they need for the Despot to continue with the treatment, so they ask all humane people to help.

He needs funds for treatment, specialist examinations, dental interventions, stem cell treatments, speech therapy and defectology treatments, for dolphin and hydro therapies, for sensory and tactile stimulation, hyperbaric chamber, Tomatis methods, laboratory analyzes and for travelling and accommodation costs.
