raises funds for Aleksandar Katanić (1987).

Aleksandar was born in 1987 in Belgrade. He has been actively involved in sports since he was six years old and did not have any health problems until 2016.

His diagnosis was discovered at the regular systematic examination for professional football referees. He was sent for treatment to the Clinical Center of Serbia, where he was diagnosed with chronic renal failure.

As time went by, his health was deteriorating. The prescribed therapy had no effect.

In January 2021, he continued his treatment at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade. The kidneys lost their function, so Aleksandar had to have hemodialysis.

Considering that organ transplantations have not been performed in Serbia for two years due to the situation with the Covid19 pandemic, and Aleksandar has a donor (mother), he contacted a clinic in Turkey, which replied that he was a good candidate based on medical documentation. For that reason it is necessary to go to that clinic with his mother and start the transplantation process.

Aleksandar is not able to finance the costs of the transplantation, so he is asking all humane people to help him with donations so that he can go for treatment as soon as possible.

He needs funds for treatment, kidney transplantation, check-ups, medicines and supplements, as well as for travelling and accommodation costs.
