raises funds for Đorđe Aksić (2019).

Đorđe was born on 29 December 2019 in Nis after a regularly controlled and maintained pregnancy. He was born prematurely, by emergency cesarean section. Immediately after his birth, he was transferred to the Clinic for Children's Diseases of the Nis Clinical Center, where he was intubated. He spent 10 days there on mechanical ventilation. He got sepsis.

With only 1730 grams, Đorđe decided to fight despite all the adversity. He had a blood transfusion on several occasions. On the eleventh day of his life, he was diagnosed with hyponatremia and congenital adrenal hyperplasia. It is a dangerous disease of the adrenal gland, due to which Đorđe will have therapy for life.

He was also diagnosed with hypotonia and hypertonia, and after his second birthday, he was finally diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

Đorđe is being treated at the Special Hospital for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Neurology in Sokobanjska in Belgrade. He regularly goes to physical therapies and private centers for physical medicine. There is a change for the better, but not enough.

Despite the large number of diagnoses that Đorđe is dealing with, he is a cheerful boy who enjoys playing with his brother. He is still not able to talk, sit or walk. In order to make his first step one day, intensive physical treatments and rehabilitations are needed so that physical development would not endanger mental health.

So far, the parents have financed the costs of treatment  and exhausted all resources, so they are asking  all humane people to help Đorđe continue with the treatment.

He needs funds for specialist examinations, physical treatments, rehabilitation, spa treatment, orthopedic aids as well as for travelling and accommodation costs.
