raises funds for Olivera Mrdaković (1968)
At the routine examination, on 22 April 2022, Olivera found out that she had a lung tumor
with metastases on both lungs, thighs, collarbone and brain, which was especially difficult for

her because she has been taking care of her son for 30 years, who needs help and care
from birth.
A glimmer of hope in this battle with the disease is given to her by a clinic in Turkey where a
PET scan and a biopsy were performed. The proposed therapy is very demanding and
expensive and is not applied in our country.
Oliveras family is not able to provide funds for the treatment and application of therapy that
includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy and a gamma knife. The help of all humane people
would save two lives, Olivera’s and thus the life of her son, who is completely dependent on
her.
She needs funds for surgery, specialist examinations, for travelling and accommodation
costs.
