Aleksa is the second child born after a regular pregnancy. Due to the insufficiently developed speech for his age, he was diagnosed with mixed specific developmental disorders (F83 Disordines evolutionis specifici mixti) at the age of 3.

Aleksa has been regularly monitored and has daily treatments at the Institute for Speech Disorders with a psychologist and attends speech therapy and defectology treatments in a private clinic. He is included in the kindergarten in the preschool group.

An MRI examination in 2022 revealed that he had a brain cyst, and in 2023 he was diagnosed with epilepsy.

Hereby his family is asking all humane people to help them so that Aleksa can continue his treatment and progress.

He needs funds for stem cell therapy, speech therapy and defectology treatments, physical treatments, rehabilitation, medical equipment, medicines, medical consumables, laboratory analyses, as well as for travelling and accommodation costs.
