At 4 month, it was noticed that Stefan was delaying in psychomotor development, and he was diagnosed with epilepsy and cerebral palsy.
Stefan has been immobile for three years, and since the family has so far financed the treatment and exhausted all resources, they are appealing to all people of good will to help them so that he can continue the treatment as soon as possible.
