He was born after a properly maintained and controlled pregnancy.

Between the fourth and seventh months, the circumference of Konstantin's head grew rapidly and for that reason he was referred for an ultrasound examination of the brain.

At the age of 7 months, he was diagnosed with the rare genetic disease Megalencephalic leukodystrophy with subcortical cysts type 1 (Van Der Knaap syndrome).

This disease is very progressive, Konstantin has a delay in development. He started walking at 18 months, but his walking is unstable.

In March 2022, he had his first epileptic seizures and was hospitalized, after which he got an adequate therapy.

Konstantin does not speak, his motor skills are not progressing, he has a problem with sensory motor skills, his emotions are turbulent, he is often aggressive due to the inability to speak and express his needs, and he self-harms himself too.

He needs funds for treatment, specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, speech therapy and defectology treatments, physical treatments, the Tomatis method, as well as for electrostimulation.
