Emilija was born a few days after the due date, after a properly maintained and controlled pregnancy.

Ten months later, her parents noticed that she was not able to sit or turn around, while she was mentally preserved and understood all orders.

After detailed examinations and analyses, it was determined that Emilija suffers from negative congenital muscular dystrophy (G71.0).

Emilija started walking at the age of four, but lost the ability to walk at the age of five. She regularly attends primary school.

Since the first year, she has been undergoing physical therapy and rehabilitation, as a result of which her family has exhausted all resources and is asking all generous people to help them so that Emilija can walk again.

She needs funds for physical therapy, rehabilitation, orthopedic aids, medical devices, specialist examinations and laboratory analyses.
