Marija suffers from primary progressive multiple sclerosis. She felt the first symptoms in puberty at the age of 16, as well as weakness in her left leg and fatigue when walking for a long time.

She struggled with this condition until she gave birth in 2007. Since then, the condition has worsened and tests are being conducted at the Clinical Center in Belgrade.

In 2009, she was finally diagnosed and her treatment was spa rehabilitation every year and regular intake of vitamins.

In 2020, the first ocrelizumab therapy began at the Clinical Center of Serbia, and since then, Maria's condition has dramatically worsened. Because of this condition, Marija needs to go for treatment (HSCT) with stem cell transplantation abroad as soon as possible.

She needs funds for specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, spa rehabilitation, treatment abroad and travelling costs.
