In May 2021, Miloš was admitted to the hospital in Novi Sad due to high temperature, thrombocytopenia and hepatosplenomegaly, when, after a bone marrow analysis, he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. After the induction phase of the treatment, his parents decided to continue the treatment at University Children’s Hospital Tiršov, where the remission of the disease was confirmed, after the end of the treatment and the bone marrow puncture. 

In March 2022, started maintenance therapy, which was interrupted several times due to general state deterioration and during which a relapse was detected.

The continuation of the treatment is planned in Italy, with a bone marrow transplant.

Miloš attends the first grade of elementary school, he is a completely normal psychophysically developed, intelligent and curious child with developed empathy. He likes  playing with his friends and spending time in the countryside with his sisters. He likes basketball, he likes  building  legos, he likes playing games on his phone and watching cartoons, and he loves pandas.

His family is asking all generous people to donate and help Miloš go for a bone marrow transplant as soon as possible, so that he can emerge victorious from this battle with this vicious disease!

Funds are needed for bone marrow transplant abroad, travelling and accommodation costs.
