Humanitarian Foundation BUDI HUMAN - Aleksandar Šapić

raises funds for Bojan Matavulj (2003)

On 21 May 2022 Bojan was injured as a passenger  in a serious traffic accident, when he suffered severe, life-threatening injuries.

A detailed diagnosis revealed a fracture of the C6 and C7 vertebrae with anterolisthesis and stenosis of the spinal canal. He was referred for further treatment at University Clinical Center in Belgrade, where repositioning and internal fixation of the mentioned segments were performed, and after the hospitalization, rehabilitation treatment was carried out at the Rehabilitation Clinic in Belgrade.

Bojan's diagnosis is quadriplegia, the loss of all four limbs, due to which he cannot do basic physiological needs, and he moves with the help of a wheelchair.

The family sincerely thanks everyone who has supported them so far and asks all generous people, who are able, to help them in fund raising so that Bojan can recover and get back on his feet.

He needs funds for physical therapy, spa rehabilitation, neurorobotics, stem cell treatments, orthopedic aids, specialist examinations, medicines, supplements, medical consumables and medical transport.
