Mateja was born in 2014, and his mother noticed the first symptoms of developmental deviations at the age of two and a half due to a delay in speech development. After specialist examinations and tests, it was determined that incomplete mental development was present without behavioral disorders and the diagnosis was F84.0 Childhood autism. Due to a delay in the development of speech and communication in general, he is actively involved in speech and language therapy treatment. Starting school was postponed with a repeated preschool program, and from 2022 he has been attending regular elementary school. Mateja is insufficiently independent, so he needs constant monitoring and guidance from another person.

Filip was born in 2016 and his psychophysical development was initially regular and in accordance with his age. At the age of one and a half, his mother notices the slow development of speech, and during the further development period, other developmental disorders. His game is stereotypical and simple, he lacks concentration and attention and shows signs of aggressiveness. Like his brother, he is involved in defectological and speech therapy treatments. After carrying out specialist consultative examinations, Filip was diagnosed with F83 Mixed specific developmental disorder, which was determined when there are mixtures of specific developmental disorders of speech and language, learning ability and mobility, but which do not have enough specificity for a basic diagnosis.

Mateja and Filip have to continue speech therapy and defectology treatments, and their parents see a chance to improve their health in stem cell therapies abroad.

They need funds for stem cell treatments, speech therapy and defectology treatments, travelling and accommodation costs during the treatment.
