raises funds for Vladislav Milosavljević (1988)

In a severe traffic accident in September 2021, Vladislav suffered a brain injury (Dg. S062 Laesio traumatica cerebri diffusa) he had a bleeding under the retina caused by the injury, as a result of which he has weakness on the left side of his body, impaired balance and coordination, so he cannot walk independently. Until that moment, Vladislav was fully functional, employed, as a younger man he was engaged in cycling and orienteering. In the meantime, he was diagnosed with a rare genetic neurological disease (hypomyelinating leukodystrophy) for which there is no cure, seven years after the beginning of the examination at the Clinic for Neurology in Belgrade. He was recommended that he should have intensive physical therapy with the use of robotics, which requires significant financial resources that exceed the family's income.

Until now, Vladislav had physical exercises at home with a therapist until July 2022, he was undergoing rehabilitation at the Medical Rehabilitation Clinic in Novi Sad, three months at the Neuromedic Polyclinic in Niš, where he underwent intensive exercises, six hours a day, but because the family’s inability to cover the costs, that treatment was stopped and he continued to practice at home.

The plan is for Vladislav to rejoin rehabilitation with the use of robotics, and it is recommended that he undergo such exercises for at least three months continuously, so he needs the help of all generous people to continue with rehabilitation as soon as possible.

He needs funds for robotic neurorehabilitation.
