Teodora was diagnosed with mixed specific developmental disorders (Dg.F83 Disordines evolutionis specifici mixti), pervasive developmental disorder, unspecified (Dg.F84.9 Disordo evolutionis pervasivus, non specificatus) due to deviations in verbal communication, weaker social and emotional behaviour and limited skills. She also suffers from allergic asthma (Dg.J45.0 Asthma praedominanter allergicum) for which she has been hospitalised several times.

She is included in regular stimulating treatment by a psychiatrist, she has speech therapy and defectology treatments and she is also monitored regularly by a pulmonologist. Genetic tests were performed that did not determine the cause of psychomotor development disorders, so an analysis of all genomic and epigenomic changes that can result in a pathological phenotype, sequencing analysis of the complete RNA transcript using MNG-Exome MNG WES+mtDNA technology should be indicated, but it is not done in Serbia. In addition, it is necessary to continue with speech therapy and defectology treatments as well as regular controls by a pulmonologist.

Funds are needed for genetic tests, specialist examinations, defectological and speech therapy treatments.
