Humanitarian Foundation BUDI HUMAN - Aleksandar Šapić

raises funds for Milan Pavlović (1993)

Milan suffers from chronic kidney disease of the fifth degree (N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus, grade 5). The first symptoms of the disease appeared in 2013 in the form of swelling of the lower legs, and since 2015,  appeared frequent headaches accompanied by increased blood pressure, of unknown origin, the cause of which was not examined and regularly controlled. In the same year, he was hospitalized in the Pančevo General Hospital due to advanced kidney failure, and then in the CCS Nephrology Clinic. In 2018, his chronic kidney disease worsened when he was put on a chronic hemodialysis program, which he goes to 3 times a week. He was examined for a possible cadaveric kidney transplant in the hospital in Pančevo and at the Military Medical Academy and was put on the waiting list in 2019. Milan has no time to lose, which is why he plans to apply for a cadaveric transplant in Belarus in order to increase the possibility of having a transplant as soon as possible and to have a new chance for life.

Funds are needed for a kidney transplant, translation of medical documents necessary for the treatment abroad, specialist examinations, as well as for travel and accommodation costs during the treatment.
