Hana was born after the first, controlled pregnancy ended in 27th gestation week by c-section. After birth, she was intubated and transferred to the neonatology institute. Due to convulsions on the second day, phenobarbitone was included in the therapy. She was extubated in 38 days, but due to the deterioration of her health and suspicion of sepsis, she was intubated again for three days.

In July 2018, a CT scan of the endocranium, described the existence of hydrocephalus with the presence of an SCR catheter in the right lateral ventricle, and operative neurosurgical treatment was indicated. After a few days, the procedure was performed. In December 2018, a VP shunt was implanted and revised twice.

Hana was diagnosed with Spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy (G80.0 Paralysis cerebralis spastica quadriplegica) and mixed specific developmental disorders (F83 Disordines evolutionis specifici mixti).

Hana does not walk independently, sits with support, uses a lot of words but still does not use them in sentences. Intensive development of psychomotor skills and psychological monitoring of development is necessary in order to progress and reach the development of her peers.

Her family hereby appeals to all generous people to help with their donations in the battle for Hannah's independence.

Funds are needed for rehabilitation and education, speech therapy and defectology treatments, specialist examinations and orthopaedic aids.
