Jovana was born after the first properly managed and controlled pregnancy, which was ended on schedule by caesarean section.

Since the third year, she has been monitored by an immunologist due to the diagnosis of Selective immunoglobulin deficiency (D80.3 deficiency immunoglobini G (subclassis) selectiva).

The first hospitalisation at the Department of Immunology was in 2022 for the examination of frequent infections, when it was recommended that Jovana should receive intravenous immunoglobulins in the winter months.

Jovana has been hospitalised for years due to frequent health problems, she has been examined by an immunologist, a paediatric surgeon, a pulmonologist, a nutrition specialist as well as a geneticist, but her health problems continue to recur.

Jovana must  undergo immunological genetic analyses abroad as soon as possible in order to determine the cause of all health issues.

In order to collect funds for treatment, she needs donations from generous people.

Funds are needed for medicines, supplements, laboratory analyses, genetic analyses abroad, medical devices, dental services, specialist examinations, travelling and accommodation costs during the treatment.
