raises funds for Pavle Lazarević (1982).

Pavle was diagnosed with a penetrating form of Crohn's disease localized to the ileum and colon (Morbus Crohn, non specificatus A2 B1 L3+p ileocolitis K50.9), with a perianal fistula and EIM in the form of PSC (Cholangitis sclerosans primaria K83.0) in 2006. However, with adequate therapy, he managed to bring the disease under control. In 2014 and 2015, he was treated with biological therapy. After that, a remission of the disease occurred, so the biological therapy was discontinued. Due to the relapse of the disease in 2021, a new cycle of ANTI TNF therapy was induced. In August 2023, the disease progressed as well as complications of PSC in the form of an increase in bilirubin and hydrops of the gallbladder, and cholecystectomy was induced (Cholecystitis, non specifica K81.9). The doctors kept Pavle in the hospital and tried to help him in every possible way. Then the treatment for liver transplantation began.

In December 2023, he was hospitalized again due to the deterioration of his condition, when it was determined that liver transplantation was the only solution for him and that it should be done as soon as possible. Since the number of donors in Serbia is very small, Pavle is forced to seek help abroad.

The plan for further treatment is a liver transplant in Turkey. He needs funds for liver transplantation and the costs of hospital treatment abroad, as well as for travelling and accommodation costs during the  treatment.

Pavle's wish is for his one-year-old son to grow up with his father.
