raises funds for Jelena Lazić (1995).

The first complaints appeared in 2023 when she had sudden severe headaches followed by vomiting on several occasions, after which  she had a CT scan of the head . Jelena was referred to University Clinical Center of Serbia and then to neurosurgery, where a ruptured AV malformation was operated on with the presence of intraventricular hemorrhage (I65.1 Haemorrhagia intracerebralis intraventricularis) with consequent development of residual right-sided hemiparesis and difficulty with speaking and walking (G81.1 Hemiplegia spastica).

After hospitalization at the clinic, she was further rehabilitated for 2 and a half months in the spa with significant improvement and stabilization of  walking. The balance of sitting and standing has been achieved, but there is still difficulty in speaking and plegia of the right hand, and paresis of the right leg.

The mobility of the right hand is limited with present spasticity, weakened hand grip as well as flexion in the elbow joint. Jelena is trained to walk with the help of a cane with three points of support. She was monitored electrocardiographically,  and by an internist and a psychologist and by laboratory analyses. A partial improvement was achieved in the functional status.

In order to fully recover, it is necessary to provide funds for the continuation of treatment, which requires considerable funds, thus she needs donations from all generous people.

She needs funds for continuous physical therapy, specialist examinations, exercises at the local machine and for speech therapy treatments.
