Lav was born after a properly maintained and controlled first pregnancy, which ended in term at 40th gestation week. After birth, he was resuscitated, after which he spent several days in isolation. At that time it was discovered the existence of neonatal asphyxia with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.

In March 2022, a psychological analysis was performed, which assessed an IQ of 32 and detected the existence of slower global psychomotor development, and due to emphasized hypotonia of the axial musculature, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (G80.8 Paralysis cerebralis alia).

The first epileptic seizure occurred at the age of 1.5  and lasted 30 minutes, after which he was diagnosed with epilepsy(G40.1 Epilepsia idiopathica et syndromata).

Lav still does not have full head control, does not sit, crawl, stand up, does not speak, and does not have the ability to eat solid food. With continuous therapy, there is progress, but not enough. Until now, his parents have financed the costs of treatment and exhausted all funds, so they are appealing to all generous people to help with their donations.

Funds are needed for rehabilitation, somatopedic treatments, feeding treatments, speech therapy and defectology treatments, BDA training, therapeutic suit, specialist examinations and therapeutic riding.
