Symptoms of the disease appeared at the age of ten, when Ana was hospitalized due to pain and swelling of peripheral joints. The pain first appeared in one knee, and then arthritis occurred in other joints too. Soon after that she was diagnosed with chronic arthritis (arthritis juvenillis chronica).

Despite intensive physical treatments, there was no improvement in Ana's health, so in 2003, she had an operative treatment of the spine scoliosis. Anna has been operated on several times due to the rupture of the spinal stabilization system.

Since 2015, Ana has been undergoing pain therapy with tramadol and morphine due to  difficulties with walking and severe pain.

It is necessary to perform two more operations as soon as possible, which would lead to the improvement of Ana's health. Since the costs of this type of treatment are very high, all generous people are asked to help Ana with their donations.

Funds are needed for operative treatment, spa treatment, orthopedic aids, medicines and supplements, specialist examinations and laboratory analyses and travel expenses.
