After an injury in a traffic accident in 2001, a post-traumatic bilateral paresis of recurrence with a very narrow breathing space as well as laryngeal stenosis was determined.

A tracheotomy was performed, followed by operative treatment of the stenosis.

Due to bilateral paresis of the larynx, laterofixation was performed. Paralysis of the vocal cords and larynx was also determined (J380 Paralysis plicarum vocalium et laryngis).

In order to improve Milan's health, it is necessary to continue his treatment at a clinic abroad as soon as possible.

Funds are needed for operative treatment abroad, specialist examinations, travel  and accommodation expenses.
