raises funds for Ognjen Bećirović (2020).

Ognjen was born in the 40th week by emergency caesarean section due to labor failure and an unsuccessful attempt at vacuum extraction. After prolonged resuscitation, he was intubated.

Neonatal convulsions were registered after birth, after which he was treated for a month in the neonatology department. Due to increased muscle tone, he was examined by a physiatrist at healthcare centers and hospitalized twice at the Clinic for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

In February 2021, he was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (G80.0 Paralysis cerebralis), after which intensive physical treatments were carried out in private rehabilitation centers.

Ognjen follows with his eyes, rarely speaks, does not learn syllables. He does not turn, raises his head weakly, has no support on his forearms, hands remain under the body. He does not maintain a sitting position and does not accept being brought to all fours.

Considering the extremely high costs of continued treatment, his family appeals to all humane people to help with their donations so that Ognjen can take his first steps.

Funds are needed for treatment abroad, specialist examinations, speech therapy and defectology treatments, spa treatment, physical therapy, travel and accommodation expenses during the treatment.
