The first complaints appeared in June 2024 in the form of sudden, strong occipital headaches, loss of control over the left eye, ringing in the ears and blurred vision.

A CT scan performed on the endocranium observed hemorrhage in the pons region on the basis of a previously bleeding cavernoma. After that, the neurological status worsened in the form of aphasia, bulbar palsy, left-sided weakness, and a crisis of consciousness of the type of tonic-clonic epileptic seizure, as a result of which she was intubated and started mechanical ventilation of the lungs.

Operative treatment was performed to remove the brain stem lesion.

She was diagnosed with tetraplegia (G824 Tetraplegia spastica) and epilepsy (G409 Epilepsia, non specificata).

After the surgical treatment, Angelina spent the next 7 months in the hospital, where rehabilitation and recovery were started in order to return life functions to normal.

Angelina cannot speak or move, breathes with the help of a tracheostomy and is fed through a peg tube.

In order to fully recover, it is necessary to provide funds for the continuation of treatment, which costs are very high, that’s why she needs the help of humane people’s donations.

She needs funds for continuous physical therapy and neurorehabilitation as well as for travel expenses during the treatment.
