Tatjana suffers from a malignant tumor of the rectum (Dg. C20 Neoplasma malignum recti) and a malignant tumor of connective and soft tissue of the pelvis (Dg. C49.5 Neoplasma malignum textus connexivi et mollis pelvis).

Oncological treatment began in February 2023 when, after a biopsy she was diagnosed with infiltrative changes on the wall of the vagina, mucinous exulcerative carcinoma. She received 4 cycles of chemotherapy and at the beginning of June 2023, radical surgery was performed - abdominoperineal amputation of the rectum, hysterectomy with permanent adnexectomy, and peritonization of the small pelvis. Postoperatively, she received 4 cycles of chemotherapy with poor non-hematological tolerance. On the basis of PET CT in January 2024, follow-up was intensified, and due to a verified relapse of the disease in the small pelvis, she was operated on again in mid-June 2024, when a total extraction of the small pelvis was performed and an ileo-colic T-L anastomosis was performed. In the further course of hospital treatment, adequate conservative therapy was prescribed, the application of which resulted in a short-term improvement of the general condition and normalization of digestive functions. At the end of July 2024, the oncology council ordered the use of chemotherapy and biological therapy, after which she received 8 cycles. On the follow-up MRI of the abdomen and pelvis in February 2025, progression of the disease was revealed.

Tatjana continued her treatment in a private oncology hospital by receiving combined chemotherapy and biological therapy, and additional analyses and tests are planned from the available HP preparation in laboratories abroad in order to provide the most precise and effective therapy and application of immunotherapy.

Tatjana needs significant financial resources for continued treatment, which her family is no longer able to provide independently, so they need the help of all generous people  who are able to help her.

Funds are needed for chemotherapy, biological therapies, supportive therapies, laboratory analyses, specialist examinations, medicines, supplements, medical consumables and genetic analyses.
