Aleks was born prematurely at 35th week.

In 2023, he was diagnosed with a pervasive disorder from the autistic spectrum (F840 Autismus puerilis),  an activity disorder,  attention disorder (F90.0 Disordo activitatis et disordo attentionis), a mental disorder caused by damage and dysfunction of the brain and a disease of the body (F06.9 Disordines mentales propter laesionem et dysfunctionem cerebri et morbum corporalem, non specificatus), and  moderate mental retardation (F71.9 Retardatio mentalis moderate).

Genetic testing confirmed the pathogenic variant of the CBS gene, which is associated with intellectual retardation, mental disorders and autism.

Verbal contact is not established, nor is non-verbal. He does not respond to the environment, he does not respond to the name and orders. He is hyperactive, does not respond to playing with children in kindergarten. There are occasional bouts of hysterical behavior.

In order to improve his psychophysical condition, he needs continuous speech therapy and psychological treatments, as well as going abroad for stem cell treatment.

Considering the high costs of treatment, the help of all humane people’s donations  is needed.

Funds are needed for speech therapy, somatopedic and defectology treatments, laboratory analyses, orofacial treatments, stem cell treatments, the Tomatis method, five therapies, therapeutic riding, bda treatments, genetic tests, spa treatment and rehabilitation, specialist examinations, medicines and supplements, as well as for travel expenses.
