The first symptoms of the disease appeared in June 2024, when Vladimir was hospitalized for malignant hypertension, during which high levels of nitrogenous matter were seen. Reduced kidneys were described by ultrasound. Soon after he was diagnosed with chronic renal insufficiency (Dg. N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus gradus 5).

Given the severity of the clinical picture, a hemodialysis program was immediately started three times a week for four hours.

Vladimir's only hope for recovery is a kidney transplant at a clinic in Belarus, but this type of treatment requires significant financial resources that his family is unable to provide, so all generous people are asked to help with their donations so that the transplant can be performed as soon as possible.

Funds are needed for kidney transplants, specialist examinations, translation of medical documents, laboratory analyses, travel and accommodation costs during the treatment.
