Janja was diagnosed with congenital hand deficiency at birth (Q71.3 Aplasia manus et digiti(-orum) congenita) as a result of amniotic band syndrome. Due to the length of her amputated arm, there is no possibility of making an adequate functional prosthesis in our country.

In order to receive a suitable bionic prosthesis for her hand and to perform everyday activities more easily, it is necessary for Janja to continue treatment at a clinic abroad, where the I-digit Quantum prosthesis would be made.

Given that significant financial resources are necessary, which her family is unable to provide, she needs help from all generous people’s donations.

Funds are needed for the creation of a bionic prosthesis, specialist examinations and analyses, travel and accommodation costs during the treatment.
