Kalina is the first twin born after the first, properly controlled pregnancy,  prematurely in the 29th week of pregnancy by emergency caesarean section. She was resuscitated after birth. She spent one day on mechanical ventilation, after which she had neonatal convulsions.

In January 2023, after an MRI examination she was diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy, quadriplegia (G80.0 Paralysis cerebralis spastica quadriplegica).

Kalina follows with a gaze, smiles and speaks up to 10 words. Head control is mastered too.

Konstantin is the second twin, after birth he was on mechanical ventilation for one day with continuation of oxygen therapy for another 4 days.

Konstantine follows with his gaze, smiles and speaks, head control is mastered too. In July 2023, an MRI examination of the endocranium determined a diagnosis of spastic cerebral palsy (G80.1 Paralysis cerebralis spastica diaplegic).

They are both involved in physical and occupational therapy.

Considering that the costs of treatment of two children are very high and that their family is unable to cover them, it is necessary to raise funds from all generous people so that the treatment can continue as soon as possible.

Funds are needed for operative treatment, stem cell transplants, physical therapy, speech therapy and defectology treatments, piastm therapy, specialist examinations, orthopedic aids.
