In May 2025, Vojin was diagnosed with acute monoblastic/monocytic leukemia (C93.0 - Leukaemia monoblastica/monocytica acuta).

The treatment started at the hematology and oncology department of the University Children’s Clinic Tiršov with a chemotherapy session due to the tumor, during which complications occurred, so he was additionally diagnosed with sepsis, unspecified (A41.9 - Sepsis, non specificata) and anemia in neoplastic diseases (D63.0 - Anemia in morbis neoplasticis).

Vojin has gone through four cycles of chemotherapy so far.

His parents are advised to take him abroad for a bone marrow transplantation as soon as possible.

Continuation of the treatment requires significant financial resources, which his family is unable to provide, so they need help from generous people’s donations. 

He needs funds for continued treatment, re-diagnosis, bone marrow transplantation, specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, therapies and for travel and accommodation expenses during the treatment.
