Gavrilo was born after a properly maintained and controlled pregnancy. Early perinatal development was normal.

When he was one and a half years old, he started losing his sight and stopped saying the words he knew until then.

He was diagnosed with pervasive developmental disorder from the spectrum of autism with a disorder of intellectual development (F84.9 Disorders evolution pervasivus).

Stimulating treatments by speech therapists and defectologists are regularly performed. Speech is not adequately developed, non-verbal communication is most often used. He understands and executes certain simple orders. He attends a kindergarten but he rarely participates in common activities.
