Nastja is the second child born after the first twin pregnancy, in the 37th week of pregnancy.  She was diagnosed with epilepsy (G40.4 Epilepsia generalisaata alia et sindromata epileptica) when she was eight months old, after which she was hospitalized. She was also diagnosed with mixed specific developmental disorders (F83 Disordines evolutionis specifici mixti) and congenitally increased muscle tone of the newborn (P94.2 Hypertonia musculorum neonati congenita).

She was treated for two months at the clinic for neurology and psychiatry for children and youth, as well as at University Children’s Clinic Tiršova.

Nastja does not walk or speak. In the coming period, the plan is to carry out intensive physical treatments for the development of motor skills, as well as all kinds of speech therapy and defectology treatments in order to develop speech.

Considering the high costs of treatment, the help of all humane people’s donations is needed.

Funds are needed for BDA treatments, speech therapy and defectology treatments, physical therapy, travel and accommodation expenses during the treatment.
