In 2014, Stefan was diagnosed with a malignant testicular tumor (C62.9 Neoplasma malignum testis, non specificatum).

He was operated on in 2017, when the PH test indicated that it was a seminoma, after which he received several lines of chemotherapy. He was then operated on three times in 2018 due to brain metastases, when the PH test all three times indicated embryonal carcinoma 85% and teratoma 15%. Palliative radiotherapy of the endocranium was performed with a TD of 30 Gy in 10 fractions. The last time he was operated on was in 2019, when an osteoplastic craniotomy was performed in the frontotemporal region on the right and the tumor was resected.

He was treated at the Clinical Center of Serbia and a private hospital, but despite this, the disease progressed, so from the end of September 2025, Stefan's health suddenly deteriorated. He was hospitalized and is in a state of coma (Coma. Status epilepticus. St. Febrilis. Insuff. Respiratoria NSGCT). He is currently in a life-threatening state without the possibility of being without medical interventions that maintain vital functions. The continuation of intensive supportive and systematic therapy is indicated, with the help of which the family hopes that his vital functions will stabilize so that he can continue his treatment abroad.

The continuation of treatment requires significant financial resources, which his family is unable to provide, for that reason the help of all generous people’s donations is necessary.

Funds are needed for hospital treatment in the country and abroad, palliative care, therapy, as well as for travel expenses during the treatment.
