Since early childhood, Jovana has been treated for a hereditary fat storage disease (cholesteryl ester storage disease). In 2022, she was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver (K746 Cirrhosis hepatis alia et non specificata), while in 2023 she was put on the transplant list, but since she has not yet been contacted, there is no time to wait because her health has deteriorated.

In order to continue with her usual life and recover, Jovana needs to go for a liver transplant at a clinic abroad as soon as possible, and considering the high costs of treatment, she needs the help of all generous people’s donations.

Funds are needed for liver transplantation, medicines, medical consumables, specialist examinations, rehabilitation, translation costs of medical documents, travel and accommodation costs during the treatment.
