Kosta's early motor development progressed smoothly until 14 months when he stopped  responding to his name. He was diagnosed with pervasive developmental disorder (F84 Disordines evolutionis pervasivi), mixed specific developmental disorders (F83 Disordines evolutionis specifici mixti), other and unspecified convulsions (R56.8 Convulsiones aliae et non specificatae).

He makes eye contact occasionally, but does not maintain it. When called by name, he selectively turns his head. Speech is not observed. He does not understand and execute the orders of others, while he executes the orders of his parents selectively. Self-care actions are adopted. He has not developed a demonstrative gesture.

In order to improve Kosta's health, it is necessary to undergo examinations by a geneticist.
