Sandra was diagnosed with a secondary malignant tumor of the peritoneum and retroperitoneum (C78.6 Neoplasma malignum secundarium peritonaei et retroperitonaei) and a secondary malignant tumor of the liver and intrahepatic bile ducts (C78.7 Neoplasma malignum secundarium hepatis et ducti biliferi intrahepatic).

After a colonoscopy and radiological diagnostics, which described secondary changes in the liver, preoperative chemotherapy and biological therapy were carried out at the Institute of Oncology in Sremska Kamenica. Upon admission, a control CT scan of the chest, abdomen and pelvis showed - the regression of secondary deposits in the liver. She was surgically treated for pathohistologically verified adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon on January 29, 2025.

A cholecystectomy was performed, ligation of the right branch of the portal vein, and then resection of the tumor change and the continuity of the digestive tract was achieved with a T-T colorectal anastomosis

The previous treatment did not lead to an improvement in Sandra's health, for that reason it is necessary to provide funds for the continuation of treatment and receiving biological therapy at a private clinic as soon as possible. Due to the seriousness of the disease and the high cost of treatment, Sandra appeals to all humane people to help with their donations so that she can fight the disease and be present in the upbringing of her children.

Funds are needed for continued treatment, specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, biological therapies and medicines.
